April socks

They're boot socks, made of two strands of alpaca from Woolyworks. Handpainted, one strand dark, one strand light, sport weight.

But the toes are a little clunky and square. What's the remedy for the clunky toe?

Are they clunky when you have them on your feet?

They are beautiful socks. I love the blue.

Actually the toe has corners on them where the kitchner stitch begins and ends. Maybe it's just becuse I used a double strand of yarn to make them and they're heavy. I don't know. I'll take another photo to see if I can illustrate what I mean. Maybe it's not as bad as I'm making it out to be.
